Space in the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme is limited, and at times there is a waitlist for specific grades.  When there is a waitlist for a specific grade level, and a spot becomes available we will follow the stages outlined below for admission. Consideration is NOT prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis.  Should capacity be reached, students in the Sacred Heart Guelph boundary are redirected to Holy Rosary Catholic School, which does not offer the IB PYP.

Stage 1:

New Catholic students residing within the Sacred Heart Catholic School, Guelph boundary not currently enrolled at Sacred Heart Catholic School, Guelph.

Stage 2:

Existing Wellington Catholic students residing outside the Sacred Heart Catholic School, Guelph boundary.

New Catholic students residing outside the Sacred Heart Catholic School, Guelph boundary.

Stage 3:

Siblings of existing non-Catholic students enrolled at Sacred Heart, Guelph.

Stage 4:

New non-Catholic students not enrolled at Wellington Catholic schools.

Should spots be available beyond the stage 1 selection (see above), a random selection process is initiated beginning with students in stage 2.
